GAIA, Doha’s high-end Greek-Mediterranean dining restaurant located in West Bay, is set to captivate diners this Ramadan with a culinary journey crafted to honor the spirit of the Holy Month.

 

During Ramadan, the essence of tradition and culinary heritage comes alive at GAIA. As the sun sets and families and friends gather, GAIA welcomes guests to savour flavors that intertwine Greek Mediterranean traditions, expertly crafted by GAIA's culinary team.


Starting off the Iftar experience, the velvety Yellow Lentils Soup offers comfort and nourishment. As guests break their fast, they will find the Legume Salad, a vibrant medley symbolizing renewal and abundance, perfect for refreshing their palate. Delighting in the Pilafi Rice with Chilean Seabass, featuring pistachio, dry tomatoes, and basil, diners will discover a harmonious blend of flavors. For seafood lovers, the Red Bream Fricase with wild greens, potato, and dill offers a taste of the sea's bounty.

 

Guests continue their unique culinary journey with GAIA’s Mushroom and Truffle Penirli, and the tender Lamb Neck served with couscous and caramelized onions, embodying the warmth of family gatherings and the joy of sharing blessings. As the night deepens, they can conclude their meal with GAIA’s exquisite selection of desserts, including the classic Rice Pudding infused with mango and Loukouma.


Throughout the Holy Month of Ramadan, GAIA will welcome guests to enjoy its unmatched hospitality and culinary excellence from 5:30 PM to 1 AM daily, fostering cherished moments with loved ones in a warm and serene ambiance.
